Our company's management style is rooted in the fundamental principals held by our founder Jim Buckley. He believed that sustainability and success is achieved by developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with customers, vendors and employees.

When Mr. Buckley founded the company in 1962 he immediately put these principals into action. The result is that, nearly 50 years later, some of these original relationships still exist.

As second generation owners, Jim and Tom Buckley have guided the business into new products and services, successfully growing and adapting to an ever changing industry. Their ability to implement their own vision and management styles, while holding true to their father's fundamental principles, has become a winning formula for the company.
